My company runs an exchange server to get our e-mails – however we’ve found that when someone sends an e-mail to two/three/four… people in our office both people receive the e-mail twice/three times/four times…

does anyone know how to set the exchange server so that it only delivers once to each person?

any help would be fantastic as this is causing a few problems.
