Archiving important Outlook Express messages for long term storage

Hi

has anyone encountered a need to archive Outlook Express files? Of course it’s easy to locate and “copy” .dbx files to be restored into Outlook Express, but since MS has dropped OE and my client wants to keep these important records indefinitely what utilities are best?
