ArcServ r12 is displaying 0 byte for my tapes

Hello, after a crash I have faced on a server, I reinstalled the arcserv and connected it to a dell TL2000 tape but when I want to restore the files from the tapes it gives me 0 bytes in the tape details while I am sure I have saved on it data, since I have used it before.
