Arcserve 6.6

After installing SP 2a on netware 5.1 my backups of my NSS volumes have droped from 88kbm to 1kbm. When I back up the sys. volumes on the same servers the backup works.
The error that is generated for the NSS volume is E3011 failed to open file. Befor the service pack was applied the backup worked correctly.
