ARcserve 7 Installation Problem

We purchased Arserve 7.o. backup software. It seems running in our server without any error messages. When I tried to do a backup from my workstation, it said Arcserve cannot detected another netware server. It seems like manager in my workstation is not connected to the server but we cannot figure out what is wrong. Thank you
