Arcserve 9.0 / Exchange 2003 – Restore to different server

We’re running Arcserve 9.0 with the Exchange Backup Agent and Exchange 2003.
I need to restore the Information Store from a year ago to a different Exchange Server – off of the production network to retrieve some old email. Has anyone done this?
