Arcserve Backup

I use Arcserve to backup 3 Novell 6 servers and several Windows servers. Though the data on the Novell 6 servers gets backed up the backup log shows the status as “incomplete” and give the following error:Unable to log into TSA server.Now our Time Sync Server is in another state and does not get backed up(nor is it designated to get backed up). The only Novell server that does not return that error message is the one server that is not synced.
