ArcserveIt and Compaq TL891 minilibrary

Any one seen issues with ArcserveIT 6.6 and the Compaq TL891?
I am on a Novell Server 5.5 sp2, compaq ML530, arcserveIT 6.6 with sp4.
I have been on tech support for 2 weeks now with no resolution.
The changer won’t initialize, I can load the changer.nlm, but it justs sits there saying changer is initializing.
CA says I should use the Tape library option, but their site says to use the Enterprise Library Option. (I’ve tried both, neither will allow me to change the tapes automatically).
Any suggestions are worth points!
