ArcserveIT and Netware 5

I recently upgraded my Netware server to Netware 5. Now I am facing problems with the ArcserveIT backup. Backup jobs remain active and cannot be removed. Nothing is wrong with the Hardware and Tapes are erased properly. Backup jobs hang the server.
