ArcServeIT – Will not do full backup

I’m running ArcServIT 6 on one of my Novell 4.11 servers. Just recently, it has decided not to backup all my directories. It always backups up the same directories, in spite of selections made in the job creation.

I have deleted the job and recreated it. I have also stopped and restarted ArcServIT. Today I have bounced the server hoping that will make a difference tonight.

Please let me know if you have experienced simular problems and have a potential solution.
