ArcserveIT6.6 (NW4.11) upgrade

How do I configure asconfig.ini for a PCI Controller? – I dont see a host number when I do a list storage adapters. This happened because the dlt4000 tape ran out of room & we tried to install a DLT7000, but Dell sent us a aha2940U2 controller & told us to use aic78U2.ham, & scsi2tp.cdm to add the new controller for the new tape. CA is totally unresponsive to support calls & emails. Arcserve is making me look bad – every time I try to do ANYTHING with it.
