Hi All,
I’m having a bit of an issue at the moment with arp requests flooding the network from multiple devices, servers, switches etc. Normally you might expect to see aprox 10% arp traffic on the network but I have periods where it is around 85% which tends to bog things down a bit. I have done some packet captures and identified some devices still using IPX which has since been removed. This has had minimal impact to reduce the arp broadcasts. The rest of the arp requests look legit but there is a lot of it, we did have some DNS problems last week but has since been rectified….any ideas.
Cheers
Rodd
