ASA 5520 remote access

We have an employee that can access the main office network in Boston(Cisco Anyconnect VPN) but cannot get from the local network to his home office in Montreal(site to site VPN)People in this office can get to the Montreal office over the VPN.No mention of Montreal in tunnel-groups. Could it be on the client machine?
