Asante vs Cisco Switches

If there is anybody out there using Asante switches or know about them, I will like to know how they compare to Cisco in the following areas:

1) Backplane switching speed
2) Warranty
3) Network Design
4) Industry Standard
5) Network Management Software (included)

Also, please let me know what your experiance has been with Asange (good or bad).
