ASP Database

Does anyone have a simple database (name, address1, address2, town, phone, etc) which is created in MSAccess and used in conjuction with ASP. I am looking for a version with coding if possible so that I could teach myself. I find that any examplesthat I have used in the past are not very clearly commented.
