ASP pages not loading

After loading The latest Patch to RPC (MSx039) on some of the servers I could not connect to ASP pages, got page not found (even for update and download pages at MS) or just a blank page on other machines that connect straight to the network without going through Proxy Server could load them. Tried removing from IP range serviced by Proxy Server – same results. So DC can download ASP pages but member servers, Terminal servers and rest can not, also php pages load OK.
