ASP.NET application failure

Hi folks,
I have created a web application using asp.net and sql server 2005 as back end.
But i am facing an interesting problem as my application is working on my workplace’s web server but it is not working on client’s web server. So please tell me what could be the problem? Please reply me ASAP.
