AT Command executes once only

I have an Ntbackup batch file scheduled using AT to run every weekday night at 22:00. The batch file runs perfectly well the first time after the AT command is scheduled. It never runs again. Manual implementation of the batch file runs perfectly.

The schedule service is logging on as the administrator account to access network shares.
The system is Win NT SP4 with SBS 4.5 installed.
