How to uninstall an app?
When requesting assistance from AT&T, the technician said he needed to remote my device to remove an AT&T push ad that would only clear if it was accepted.

Hmm, OK, he’s with AT&T so I let him in. First thing he says is hey, you’ve got a lot of pictures on your device. When I asked him why that would matter and why he’s interested in my pictures, he says: hold on, almost done. OK. Good. and then proceeds to tell me that if my storage is maxed, I could lose functionality of my device.

Huh? OK, thanks for that update. Now get outa my phone!
