Audit File Sharing & Permissions

I need to generate data on our Windows 2000/2003 servers for file shares, share permissions, and the NTFS permissions of the shares.

Please suggest a suitable tool for the same, which will not load the File Print Server system resources. Overall data size amounts to 250GB approx.
