Authenticated users on ISA 2006

Hello all,

I am new to isa 2006 , i have a little problem after installing it and create all the rules , on of the rule is to allow all users to connect on internet, when i remove all users and put just the authenticated user, the users can noot connect to internet , how i can let just the authenticated users connect, i need to remove all users
