Authentication Radius

I have a Cyclades PR4000 and I can’t that my users authentication with my Radius Server WildCat .

Althoug all configurations are ok, the Radius Server don’t accept my users who access my network through PR4000, but if the authentication will be make by PR4000 the users can access the network.

Are there incompatibility between PR4000 and WildCat Radius ?
