Auto Arcive in Outlook Central Admin

I’m looking to centrally manage AutoArchive settings in Outlook. We have 30 clents using Exchange 2003 and would like to cut down the ammount of email in the databases.

Symprex have a solution but is is very expensive for what I would term as a simpke problem. Are there any other utilities which allow you to centrally manage Outlook PST archiving or even which allow this to be done from the Exchange server itself?
