Auto-Connect to a certain WIFI when possible, even if already connected.

During the day, my laptop is connected to the internet via my phone hotspot. When I get home, I often forget to connect to my home wifi and this kills my phone’s internet package very early in the month. Is it possible to make my laptop connect to my home’s network when possible?
