Auto-Connect VPN

Is there a way to get my corp VPN auto connected for AD auth over WiFi prior to logging in?
Further… is it possible to have it auto connect only when i connect to any other wifi other my corp one? I am not an expert in AD but i look through group policy to see if I could possibly do it that way but did not see the settings that i thought would make it work. Any helpful suggestions appreciated.
