Auto Performance Monitor Data Collection

I need to be able to collect Permformance Monitor log data during off hours. How can I schedule this collection? I know the RK Tools has something that may work, but found the documentation incomplete and contradictory. I don’t have the RK, but do have a TechNet subscription.
