Auto Reboot

I am running Windows NT 4.0 at SP5. Frequently when I open or save a file under WORD 2000, the system will reboot without warning. This is intermittent, sometimes WORD works. Search of Technet has revealed nothing.

Today I was trying to download a paper from TechRepublic, and after clicking on Download, but before the “what do you want to do, open or save” dialog, it rebooted. This happened twice. I downloaded from another system, also NT4 @SP5.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to help me disable auto-reboot and get this thing working again.
