Auto reply and block emails

Afternoon gentlemen. I need to know if there is a way to block emails from a specific user and to send only him an autoreply. As in, you send me an email, and I don’t want to hear from you so my server sends a bounceback TELLING you that I don’t want to hear from you. On my end though I know nothing. Any one have anything like this?
