AutoAdmin Setup on Windows 2000 desktop

I would like to know how to setup Novell Netware v4.8sp3 to allow any network user to sign on to the network on a Win2K machine but to automatically be logged on as the administrator on the actual PC itself. I have tried the method for 4.71, but the computer then bypasses the Novell login.
