Autochk.exe – Application Error

I have an individual with NT4.0, SP6a. Most times when the system is started the following is displayed: Autochk.exe – Application error. The instruction at “0x00239185” referenced memory at “0x01006c75:. The memory could not be “read”.
I’ve beenall over MS TechNet with no success…Any asist would be great.
