Autogenerate Email

I have users logging onto a Win2K Citrix Server remotely and would like the Citrix Server to send an email to the user when he\she logs off. It would seem like it would have to be based on a batch file incorporated with a group policy on the citrix server itself. And it would also seem to have to use the %username% variable. Any help would be appreciated.
