Autoloader L200 – Tape Stuck

I have a Powerstor L200 and DLTStor Autoloader that look identical and have a Quantum DLT7000 tape drive in each of them. I have managed to get cleaning tapes stuck in each of them.
One has remove cart from elevator when I can see the cleaning tape in the tape drive. The other says the drive is initializing and will go no further. Is there anyway to manually eject the cleaning tape from the drive?
