Automated Instructional Systems Design

I have developed a procedure (based on branching) to automate the instructional design process for corporate and government trainers. I am seeking assistance in locating similar tools before I move forward from concept to design (or asking for partners on the project). The model is based on ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), a process which is typically socratic: based on conversations and q/a between technical or corporate trainers and various subject matter experts.
