Automated Not reply mail

I want to create a SMTP address in Exchange 2003, where say ABC user will send a mail to somebody, but nobody can reply that mail(Do not reply mail). If somebody reply the same mail, that mail would bounce.
That means, a SMTP address which is sending mail but would not receive any mail. It would seems like Virtual SMTP address.
How can it possible in Exchange Server 2003?
