Automatic account creation on standalone XP machine

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me here.

I’m trying to automatically create a couple of user accounts on a standalone (i.e. no network) XP machine. I want to do it automatically as a number of machines need the same accounts so I’d like to be able to run something on each machine to create the accounts for me. Everything I’ve come across creates account in the active directory, not locally.

Any ideas?
