Automatic Email of Folders and Files from a hard drive as a Zip Attachment

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any software/applications out there that can do the following:

1) Periodically Scan a Folder Structure on a hard drive and zip the files into a zip file then connect to a mail server and email the zip file to a set email address.

2) Zip files are set to a set size and results in multiple emails to be issued for each scan.

3) Record which files have already been uploaded zipped.

4) If a new file is added into a folder or the file is modified the file included in the zip packages.
