Automatic Exchange BCC

I have Exchange 5.5 running on NT 4.0 and I have a user that supposedly is sending profane emails to customers. I would like to be able to set something up that when she sends an email it automatically sends a blind carbon copy to another mailbox so that this can be tracked. Is this possible?
