Automatic Logoff Of Local User

I’m a administrator in a college and is there a way i can automatically logoff a user on the network after the logon time has expired? I have configured it so the network connections disconnect but the user is still logged on.

Is there anyway i can solve this without third-party software or screensavers.

Active Directory is installed
