Automatic Name resolution in Contacts…

I am importing a PAB from another facility that into my contacts folder. Unfortunately, when I import the information, the alias shows up in the E-mail address field rather than the full SMTP address. I would like the SMTP address to show up for these particular entries but do not want to turn off the normal name resolution for the remainder of my E-mail functions.
