Automatically creating blog posts from articles on another website

Hello!

Im developing an international news site/magazine for a particular profession and as part of the website, want to be able to aggregate content from country-specific online magazines related to the profession. One of the menu items will be “News around the World” and each sub-heading will be a continent, and each continent will have its own “page” where articles immediately appear/publish as they are published on the respective news sites from that area. How do I go about doing this? I have no tech experience whatsoever but want to know if a) its possible, b) can i do it myself and c) if not, who can?

It will be a self-hosted wordpress site.
