Automatically reply with specific text

We have Windows xp pro and Microsoft office 2003 and we are using pop3 and Mapi account and we do not have exchange server..We have temporary move to a new office. However we want everyone that sent email messages to our old email accounts to receive an automatically reply with specific text. Can you help on finding a solution or enable Out of office feature in Microsoft Outlook 2003.
