Available buttons for IE Toolbars

I right clicked the Search button on IE Standard toolbar. Then I click Customize. A popup window was displayed. In a section for Available toolbar buttons, the buttons I could place on a toolbar were displayed. How can I add/delete items from the list of Available buttons?
