AVG 7.5 Update-Internal Database is out of date; cannot update

The program said Internal Virus Database is out of date but I just download AVG 2 days ago… when I try to update it, it pop up a box that said ” your AVG program already has the latest updates installed and is fully up to date. Remember to check for new updates regularly. So, is my AVG up to date or out of date?? What should I do?
