Award Bootblock v1.0 Checksum Error

Whenever I turn on my pc i get an error Award Bootblock v1.0 Checksum Error its searching for awdflash.exe so i need a bootdisk. I have read 73 web pages full of people with the same problem with the same bios in all sorts of boards mine is a pb850dif anyone has an idea or a boot disk i’d appreciate it. currently I have removed the batter and im letting it sit 4 awhile if that doesn’t work ill try to find the jmpr…HELP Please
