Axis Print Servers – Lack of Support

I have recently changed my network from Novell to NT. Since, the change I have not been able to “see” my print servers names. I have no way of assigning an I.P. address in order to manage them. After several months of calls and e-mails I have notbeen given a response of any kind. I have over 100 print servers on my network. Any help at all would be appreciated. As a solution going forward I am now buying Intel products. Thank you for any help.
