Backing up across domains with Veritas 11d

My network consists of two domains: Domain A is the corporate domain, and Domain B is our web servers at the colo. There is a one way non transitive trust set up where Domain B trusts Domain A. I need to backup SQL data on one of the database servers at the colo, when I go in to Veritas 11d and try to add the machine as a resource it can communicate with the machine and was able to install the remote utility on to it across the WAN link. However, when I go to create a backup job that server is not in my list of available machines to backup. What am I doing wrong?
