Backup Domain Controller Problem

Hello There;
Our Primary Domain Controller is Win2000 and the Backups are WinNT4.0 SP6.0; i’ve faced problems with certain Users stating that they cannot see or access the resources only on the BDCs; all other member servers and the PDC don’t have the same problem;
Please Advise ASAP;
