Backup Exec 12 Services will not start.

OK so I am at beginner level with this but will explain the best I can. Let me set the stage: Got a SONY AIT Backup Tape Drive that came with Backup Exec 12, installed it on my SBS 2003 HP Proliant ML370 G4.

Right so when I started the program it asked me to create a user login, so I made it the same as my server login, many hours later I learned this should be a different login so I tried to change it to something different. The bottom line is now the services does not want to start. I changed all the services to the recent user name and password but still no luck, they just will not start up. This is the Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

Any help on this bugger?
