Backup ISA Server

Hi,

I am Using A ISA Server 2000 on a broadband connection as Primary ISA Server. Except this i am using other ISA 2000 on windows 2003 server as backup of this primary ISA.

Most of the time we use Primary ISA server but when we have some problem in Primary ISA then we use Secondary ISA .

Now my question is this “Is there any way through which i can set Secondary ISA server as Primary ISA when my first ISA server fails ?”
