Backup/Restore Quickbooks in Citrix

I know QuickBooks is not supported in a Citrix environment but we are running it anyway. Our only hang up at this point is that it won’t let us restore/backup files to the local drives. Citrix is set up to see and access the local drives, QuickBooks just won’t restore/backup to them.

When a local drive is selected, QuickBooks just gives the hourglass and after a few minutes says “Your data has NOT been backed up”

Any ideas?
